PERSONAL DATA

• Was born in 1935 in Batabat of the Shahbuz District of the Nakhchivan Autunomous Republic of the Azerbaijan.
• In 1953 I left the International school #3 after A.S.Pushkin.
• In the present I am managing laboratory " Prediction, Search and Estimation of Placer Gold Deposits”
• I am married. I have got 2 children: a daughter by name Zahra and a son by name Akper. I have got 3 grandchidren.

EDUCATION AND ACADEMIC DEGREES OBTAINED

• In 1953 I entered the Moscow Geological Exploration Institute after S.Ordjenikidze (MGEI)
• During the studies at the institute I did practical work in the environs of Moscow (1954), in the Crimea (1955), in the Transcriptions in the Ukraine (1957) and in Khabarovsk ( 1958 ) in Russia, in the Far East
• In 1959 I graduated from the Moscow Geological Exploration Institute on the speciality of "Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology" and got the qualification of Mining Engineer and Hydrogeology.
• I was sent to work at the Tomsk Institute of "Heat and Power Project", where I worked as engineer-geology in the Yenisey party #3.
• In 1973 at the department of mineral resources of Baku State University I defended a thesis for the scientific degree of candidate of Geological-mineralogical sciences on the subject of «Geology and Structural Conditions of Forming of the Misdag Ore Knot of the Miskhano-Sangezur Metallogenic Area (Azerb.SSR)" on the speciality 04.00.14. "Geology, Search and Exploitation of Ore and Non-Ore Deposits". By the decision of the High Certification Commission at the Council Minister of the USSR on the 5th of March, 1986 I was conferred the degree of "Senior Research Worker". In August, 1976 I was inscribed in the composition of the commission on the pert estimation of ore-boringness of the Caucasus on the Line of the Rirst Chief Department of the Ministry of the Geology of the USSR which was spent by ÂÑÅÃÅÈ.

COMPLETE PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND

• At the beginning of 1961 I passed to the Berezovsk Expedition of the First Chief Directorate of the Ministry of Geology of the USSR (Novosibirsk, Russia), where I worked as a chief geolog, then as the head of the parties #819 and #821 at the Yenisey mountain-ridge, in the mountain Shorshe, in the Altay and in the Sayan.
• At the period I worked at the problem of uraniferousness of late Proterosoic orogenic Tatarsko-Yakhtininian granitoids, urano-auriferous continental mottled-coloured deposits of the of the upper Proterosoic assise of the Yenisey gold-orey province, uraniferousness of the iron-orey deposits of the Kask group of the mountain Shoria, search of uran deposits in Siberia.
• At the end of 1964 I moved to Azerbaijan, where I worked at the Department of Geology on the Filizchay, pyrite-polymetallic deposits. Then in 1965-1982 I worked as a senior researcher in the Azerbaijan department of the complex investigations of CSIGEI, studied appropriateness of forming and placing of copper, molybdenum, gold-orey and polymetal deposits of the South of the Greater and Minor Caucasus.
• Copper-bearingness of mottled-coloured deposits and gold-bearingness of neogen conglomerates of Nakhichevan, metallogeny of the newest tectomagmatic activization of the South of the Minor Caucases.
• I am an author of the project of "Enlarging of Mineral-Raw Base of the Gumushly Lead-bearing and zincky delf".
• In 1976-1978 I worked in BRPM Morocco as expert on the contract of "Technoexport". I was engaged in expert estimation of copper-stockwork deposits in Alus and copper-veined deposits Tizi-Mudia of Protorezoic ages in the Anti-Atlas. For the first time I gave a high positive appreciation to the large sedimentary iron-orey showings, located in the lower Proterozoic metamorphosed volcanic-sedimentary horizon of the pre-Cambrian bench of El-Graara in the Northern part of the African plateau and distinguished gold-ore metallogenic belt connected with independent small injections of diorite-porphyrites of the Proterozoic age in South Sahara.
• In 1989 in Baku State University I organized scientific-research laboratory of "Prediction, Search and Estimation of Placer Gold Deposits''
• For learning the conformity of forming and estimation of perspectives of Gold placer deposits in conglomerates. Late Alpine intermundane and premontane depressions of Azerbaijan. At the result, in the Kur Intermundane molasses depression I distinguished a number of assize of conglomerates with native gold wide-spread to the considerable area,Distinguished the Kur gold placer molasses basin in the category quite Perspective gold placer provinces in Azerbaijan.
• In 1984-1988 I gave a lecture on the subject "Search and Exploitation of Mineral Deposits" and "Structure of Ore Fields and Deposits" in the Department of Mineral Resources of Baku State University.
• I am a member of the Great Scientific Council of the University.
• I have been the chief of the Scientific-Research Department of Baku State University since 1991.
• In 1990, 1993, 1998 I worked in Turkey and conduct scientific-investigation work on the estimation of auriferousness of neogen conglomerates of the Menderes graben.
• In 1994 and 1996 I was engaged in the search of gold-bearing conglomerates in the molasses basins in Dashte-Cavir and conditions of forming alluvial gold placer of Astana in Central Iran.
• In 1985-1990 I conduct scientific-research work on finding out the conformities of forming Auriferous neogen conglomerates in Darvasa.
• I am:
  - the first to discover 12 auriferous strata with large resources of native gold in Yakhsu molasses basin of the Pre-Pamirs marginal depression;
  - the initiator of joint draft "State Interbranch
• Scientific-Research Programm".
• Search and estimation of stratiform gold placer deposits in conglomerates of the Late Alpine marginal depressions with the purpose of creating of the new mineral-raw base of the gold placer industry in the USSR.
• In 1989-1991 I worked as deputy prorector on scientific work.
• In 1989 I jointly prepared one candidate of the Geology-mineralogical Sciences.
• Since 1984 I have been a member of the Great Scientific Council of the University.
• I was the editor of 4 subject collections.
• I have 85 scientific works and a patent of "Method of Search of Gold Placer Deposits in Conglomerates".
• Since 1997 I have been a number of the editorial board of the scientific journal "The News of the University".
