Academic Council

The academic council is selected for 4 years according to position about the Academic council of faculty of the Baku State University. The academic council solves below-mentioned problems:

• Considers the questions connected with preparation of experts at faculty, and Nile of faculty and material security of shots
• Selects research activity of chairs the dean of faculty and holds competition on replacement of posts professorsko-prepodovatelskogo structure on the established order;
• Discusses curricula and projects of programs, discusses uchebno-methodical and scientifically-isslevovatelskie reports of chairs
• Discusses results educational and industrial practices
• Spends elections of senior lecturers, the senior teachers and teachers, petitions before the Big Academic council of university for assignment of academic statuses by it
• Makes recommendations to graduates of the faculty, wishing to arrive in postgraduate study or a magistracy, confirms themes of master's theses of post-graduate students and authors of dissertation, annually spends their certification and gives a corresponding response
