• Was born in 1929 in Seyfali village, Shamkir region, Azerbaijan.
• 1938-1948 Studied in high school of Shamkir region.
• 1948-1953 Has received higher education at geological faculty of the Azerbaijan Industrial Institute (now ASOA)
• Since 1954 works in the Azerbaijan Administration of Geology, On Geological Service the Ministry of Ecology and Natural resources, in the Scientific research institute Mineral Resources the Ministry of Ecology and Natural resources. Since 1990 works simulta¬neously senior research scientist in Research Laboratory «Space researches of terrestrial resources » Baku State University.
