• Was born on November, 7, 1966 in city Baku. 1973-1984 studied in school № 159.
• With 1986 for 1987 worked as the typist in Management of Land improvement. In the same year it was arranged in the Baku State University in a department of a teaching department on a post of the typist.
• In 1989 it was transferred to a post of the younger scientific employee NILE of " Space researches of terrestrial resources » BSU.
• In 1990-1996 studied at geological faculty BSU
