• 1956, Was born in November 21 in the village Kurdshaban of Geokchai region of the Azerbaijan Republic
• 1964-1974, studied at International secondary school N 3 of Geokchai town
• 1974, entered Geology department of Geologic-geographical faculty of Baku State University
• 1979, graduated from Geologic-geographical faculty of Baku State University
• 1979, began the labour activity
• Married, has two daughters

• 2004, defended candidate dissertation “The influence of the techno genesis to the existing hydro-geological and the geo-ecological conditions of the subsoil waters of the quaternary deposits of the Samur–Davachy premountainous plains”

• 1979-1980, a technician-geologist in Minor Caucasus geologic-exploring expedition of the Azerbaijan Republic Geology Office (nowadays the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources)
• 1980-1999, Senior and leading engineer at the "Engineering geology and hydrogeology" department of “Azhyprovodkhoz” of the Melioration and Water industry Committee of the Azerbaijan Republic
• 1999-2001, a senior laboratory assistant in the Museum of Minerals of BSU
• 2001-2006, the head of the laboratory at the department “General geology and hydrogeology” of BSU
• 2006-2008, a senior lecturer at "Hydrogeology and engineering geology" department of BSU
• Teach "General hydrogeology", "The water supply of the population", "Actual problems of science"
